TPD FK2/8/FL5 Oil Cooler Delete Kit

TPD is bringing you something new for your K20C cooling system!

We have designed a billet elegant replacement solution for the OEM water to oil cooler that is direct fit into the factory location.

The K20C is well known for overheating under extreme conditions, and it is something that people have been battling all round the world since its inception! Unfortunately, for packaging and emissions the K20C radiator has the huge task of not only cooling the water but also the transmission and the oil.

One of the ways we can make this more efficient and better overall, is divorce the coolers to their own separate systems and that’s starting with the engine oil cooler system! Our plate is designed to work in conjunction with ANY aftermarket external oil cooler and stops the transfer of heat from the oil to water, stabilizing the cooling system. On track or even on a spirited drive through the mountains separating these systems with our plate during testing has shown on average an 8% drop in overall temperatures, less oil degradation and a more stable coolant temperature.

Our kit comes with the New Zealand made TPD billet oil cooler plate itself, genuine Honda o-rings, new hardware and custom Color fittings blanks! Available in Type R red, J’s Racing Teal and HKS purple and is ready to install straight out the box!

2. This product is designed to work in conjunction with an external oil cooler only, any attempt to use this product without and external oil cooler will cause engine damage 
3. Once installed this product will slow the warmup process of your engine
4. Engine oil and coolant top-up will be required after installation
5. Recommend A/C gassing procedure done by a professional
