Warranty Statement
All parts, servicing and workmanship will be free of minor defects, safe, and of an acceptable quality. Parts deliveries and work will be completed within a reasonable time; delays in services due to external issues such as couriers issues and delivery of parts from overseas will be advised to the customer and will be given continuous updates of its progress along the way.
Torque Performances warranty covers only those defects that arise as a result of normal use of the parts & services provided and does not cover any other problems, including those that arise as a result of: (i) improper maintenance or modification; (ii) software, parts or supplies not provided or supported by Torque Performance; (iii) operations outside the vehicles normal use (for example Motorsport use); and (iv) unauthorized modification or misuse.
Torque Performance shall have no obligation to repair, replace or refund parts or work done on the vehicle until the customer returns the parts and/or vehicle to Torque Performance. Any replacement part may be either new or like-new, provided that it has functionality at least equal to that of the part being replaced. Torque Performance will always try to use the same products in first case, if same product is unavailable Torque Performance may use re-manufactured parts, components, or materials equivalent to new in performance.
This Warranty Statement gives the customer specific legal rights that are inline with the Consumer Guarantees Act of 1993.
