T-REV is a system that uses the pulsation of blow-by gas called natural decompression.
This system simply decompresses the inside of the engine and makes the inside of the crankcase negative pressure, so that the movement of the piston and crankshaft becomes smooth, and the decompression effect can be experienced surprisingly with a probability of almost 100%. To.

It is a system that uses air induction by sucking up blow-by gas in the crankcase with a genuine PCV valve and attaching the T-REV system to the breather hose part.
It is a system that pulls out the internal pressure of the crankcase by using the negative pressure generated from the exhaust port.
With this system, you can use it with confidence because the decompression value is set according to the thickness of the hose, the size of the joint, and the engine characteristics, and the TEST is repeated for each model.
[Basic decompression principle]
Currently, "reciprocating engines" are the mainstream internal combustion engines for automobiles on the market.
This reciprocating engine is currently the most basic internal combustion engine.

The point of the crankcase pressure reducing valve (T-REV) is in the case under the piston.
When the piston is pushed down at high pressure due to expansion (explosion), some gas blows through the piston ring and flows into the crankcase. Such gas is called "blow-by gas", and the pressure inside the crankcase is increased by this blow-by gas, and if the piston is lowered at this time, it becomes a strong resistance.
This "pumping loss" is one of the engine brakes, but it is also the resistance to the piston movement of the engine.
This overpressured blow-by gas is discharged from the breather (holes and pipes / hoses for removing blow-by gas), but the inside of the crankcase is added because the outside air is sucked in when the piston rises or the accelerator is off. It remains in pressure.
Therefore , by installing the crankcase decompression valve " T-REV " in the breather path, blow-by gas and backflow of outside air are prevented, and the pressure inside the crankcase is optimized (negative pressure) to demonstrate the original performance of the engine. It can produce the same power with less fuel.

" T-REV " has a special structure that is different from the conventional pressure reducing valve.
The blow-by gas discharged from the breather is increased in flow velocity using a hydrodynamic vortex, a " spiral line " is provided inside the T-REV so that it can be discharged smoothly , and the reed valve surface is made three. It has a structure that disperses the force per surface and discharges blow-by gas more smoothly.
Since the T-REV uses a reed valve with a characteristic triangular pyramid design, it is due to malfunction of the reed valve due to excess outside air from the air cleaner BOX, malfunction due to emulsion (oil emulsification), and problems with the internal structure. There are no restrictions on the mounting direction (up, down, left, or right).
All components are available as repair parts so that you can use them for a long time.
The shim plate of the reed valve is a consumable item, so it is recommended to replace it regularly.
Install this product at a maintenance shop designated and certified by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, which is qualified as a mechanic. Incorrect installation may cause engine damage or oil leakage.
In addition, this product is designed exclusively for the vehicle model. Re-adjustment is required for use in other models and vehicles with changed engines and accessories.
